(1) The term of the permit shall remain valid for two years from the date of grant of the permit, except if it is revoked earlier in accordance with Section 10.
(2) Prior to the expiry of the permit period, the concerned health institution shall submit an application to the committee for the renewal of the permit in the prescribed format along with the prescribed fee.
(3) After receiving the application according to sub-section (2), the committee will complete the prescribed process and renew the permit for up to two years each time.
(4) Permits not renewed in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be automatically revoked.
